If any item(s) you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to the despatch process commencing immediately after orders are placed, we are unable to cancel orders, so any unwanted orders will have to be returned, please see section 5. 3.1 Custom Discs and Disc Packs
We aim to despatch all orders placed before 4pm GMT on weekdays (except UK public holidays) on the same day. For orders placed after 4pm GMT, we aim to despatch on the next working day. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to despatch within five business days, we will advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer to either ship your order whilst awaiting the unavailable item, hold your order until the unavailable item becomes available, provide you with a refund on the unavailable item, or cancel the full order and provide you with a refund.
Delivery times and estimates are subject to receipt of an order before the daily cut-off point. You can find out more about our Shipping and Delivery here.
3.2 Downloads
Once your order has been placed, the downloads will be available within your account section within a few minutes and in the majority of cases this is often instantaneous, however please allow up to one hour before contacting us should you not see your downloads available.
Once you have downloaded your order, the downloads will disappear from your downloads section. A download is classified as one download of one karaoke track purchased. A download does not constitute the entire order downloaded at that time. If you have purchased ten downloads for example, these are classified as ten downloads and not one download regardless as to whether you downloaded multiple downloads at the same time. This is to satisfy our licensing agreements.
3.3 Hardware
Hardware items are despatched directly from the Manufacturer and are despatched within 1 – 2 working days from receipt of order. You can find out more about Shipping and Delivery here.
