You do not have to register with Singtotheworld.com to browse our site. You will automatically create an account when you first place an order with us. You will be asked to enter a username and password that you can easily remember.
If at any time you forget your password you can click on the 'Help' link and follow the on screen instructions.
Can I Register Even If I Don't Want To Buy?
Yes. Just click the 'Register' link underneath the Customer Sign in box and enter your details including a username and password of your choice.
What Is A Custom Disc?
Custom CDG & DVD discs allow you the freedom to choose your own compilation discs, so there will be no wasted tracks that you don't want to sing.
Not only can you pick any tracks you like, but you can also choose the order in which you want to sing them and add a title to each disc. Then simply sit back and wait for us to despatch your disc. We aim to have your disc to you within 3 working days.
How Do I Create A Custom Disc?
To start your custom disc all you need to do it browse through all of the songs available on singtotheworld and click on 'Add' to put them into your 'Custom Disc'.
Your Custom Disc track listing is displayed on the right hand side in the orange box, this is your 'Custom Disc Playlist'. This displays the order of the tracks, how many minutes you've got left on your disc and how much your disc is going to cost. You can also alter the order in which the tracks appear.
Can I Add A Title To My Disc?
This is done in your playlist. Simply type in the title you want, up 20 characters long including spaces, in the appropriate space at the top of your playlist, select the format you want to receive your disc in, either CDG or DVD and click 'Update'. This will ensure that your title is saved. You can alter this as many times as you like until your order is confirmed.
Is There A Minimum Order Quantity Of Tracks Per Disc?
The minimum order quantity per disc is 6 tracks.
Can I Create More Than 1 Disc At A Time?
If you want to create more discs on the same order, simply click on the 'Add New Disc' button at the bottom of the orange box.
To switch between all of the discs you are creating, click on either 'Next Disc' or 'Prev Disc' which will show you the track listing of each disc. You can even keep adding tracks to your first disc, even if you're creating more.
If I've Got More Than 1 Disc, can I move the Tracks Around?
If you are ordering more than one disc, you can move tracks between discs by clicking on 'Advanced Disc Manager'. Here you can select from a drop-down menu and move your tracks up or down between discs, delete tracks, copy the track to another disc or create a whole new disc. You can still change your title and format at this stage.
The 'Advanced Disc Manager' also allows you to go back to the custom disc page to create more discs, add more tracks or delete off a whole disc.
Once you are completely happy with your track selection, order of tracks, disc titles and format selection, simply 'Continue To Checkout' to complete your order.
What If I Need To Change My Disc After Adding It To My Basket?
Don't panic if you add your custom disc to your basket, and realise you need to alter something, just click on the 'Edit This Disc' button and it will take you back to the 'Custom Disc' page.
When searching for a product you can either, select which category you are most interested in from the menu's on the left hand side of the screen, or type in what you are looking for using the 'Search Bar' at the top, left hand side of the screen.
You can also search for a track using the 'Search Bar' if you know the title or artist. If you're not sure of the track name or artist you can use the 'Power Search', which can be found in the 'Online Karaoke' section.

What Is The Online Karaoke Area?
The 'Online Karaoke' area is where you can go and try out all of our tracks, before you buy. It's also ideal for parties and practicing your songs and for seeing which tracks you would like on custom Karaoke CDG Discs.
What Do I Have To Do To Play The Full Song?
To gain full access to this area you need to be a 'Subscriber'. To subscribe to singtotheworld you need to select which payment plan you would like to use. These options can be found at the top of the 'Online Karaoke' page. Your subscription will be added to you basket, and you can purchase it along with any other products you want. Once one of our sales team has accepted your order, you can get online, and get singing! If you are a subscriber you can stream as many Karaoke Downloads as you like, as many times as you like, whenever you like.

When Will My Subscription Expire?
Once you have subscribed to singtotheworld we will automatically re-new your subscription when it expires, so you don't have to worry about it running out in the middle of a party or practice session.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

How Do I Search For Tracks?
When searching for karaoke downloads tracks to stream, you can use our browse option where you can look through all of the songs on the website in alphabetical order, or you can use our 'Power Search'.

How Do I Stream A Track?
Once you've found a track you want to sing, click on the orange 'Stream' button next to the track title. A new window should appear and your selected track will play right through to the end.
While the track is playing you can stop it if you decide you don't want to sing that track after all, pause it in case you get interrupted, rewind it to the start to try again and exit. All of these options can be found in the top right hand corner of your new window.
Can I Buy A Disc With This Track On?
The 'Online Karaoke' section also tells you if the track you are singing along to is available on a Singtotheworld Compilation pack. To look at the information and full track listing on the disc, click on the 'STTW Pack' button on the right hand side, after the track name.
You can also add a track you are streaming to Karaoke CDG Discs. This is done directly from your playlist, which you add your favourite songs to. To put your favourite streaming tracks onto a custom disc, click on the 'Add To Disc' link at the bottom of your playlist.
What Is A Playlist?
A Playlist is where you can store all of your favourite tracks to stream or add to a custom disc. These playlists are almost the same as 'Your Jukebox' from the previous Sing to the world website.
How Do I Use My Playlist?
To add songs to your playlist from the 'Online Karaoke' page you must be a subscriber.
You add tracks by clicking on the 'Add' button which can be found on the right hand side of the page. This will send the selected track to your playlist where you can move the tracks around into any order you like and stream all of your favourite tracks.
From here you can also create a custom disc. To do this you need to click on the 'Add To Custom Disc' link which can be found at the bottom of your playlist. When you do this it will take you directly to the 'Custom Disc' page and your listing will appear in the 'Custom Disc Playlist'.
What's A Custom Disc Playlist?A Custom Disc Playlist is where you can add your tracks to when you want to create a custom disc.
It allows you to move the tracks around and add more songs to it.
How Do I Move Tracks Around My Playlist?
You can move tracks around your playlist by simply clicking on the small triangles on the right hand side of the track title.
The purple triangle allows you to move the track up, and the blue triangle allows you to move a track down. You can also remove a track by clicking on the purple and white cross, which is displayed on the right hand side after the track name.

Singtotheworld offer you nearly all of their karaoke range in 2 formats, CDG & DVD.
What's a Karaoke CDG?
CDG stands for Compact Disc + Graphics. That means that the disc contains the Audio (music) and the song lyrics which colour-in as you sing-a-long. They play on a karaoke player
To play a CDG and get the full benefit, you will need to have a karaoke player that is CDG-Compatible. A CDG will play in a standard CD player, you will not be able to see the graphics (lyrics).
Please be aware that although some DVD machines state they are 'Karaoke' machines, this does not always mean that they are compatible with CDG's, that is why we created our DVD range.
What About Custom CDG's?
Custom CDG's are designed to allow you to create your own track listing. They work in exactly the same way as an ordinary CDG disc.
What's A Karaoke DVD?
A Karaoke DVD works in much the same way as a CDG, only it is created specifically for a DVD machine. Our compilation DVD's will play on any DVD player.
The compilation DVD's are packed with extra features that we can't do on a CDG, such as 'Rate Your Mates' and 'Guide Vocals'.
What About Custom DVD's?
The Custom DVD's are different in as much as they won't have the extra features that we put onto our compilation DVD's, but they will still play in nearly every DVD player, all you have to do is make sure your DVD player is compatible with DVD-R media. Also, please be advised that some tracks added to your custom DVD will not have guide vocals, only tracks produced by STTW can offer this function.
Is there a minimum of tracks on a disc?
The minimum quantity of tracks on a disc is 6 . this applies to CDG and DVD.
The maximum of tracks on a disc depends on the format.
If your chosen format is CDG, the maximum amount is 70 minutes worth of tracks.
If you chosen format is DVD, the maximum number of tracks is 15.

We have over 3500 tracks available on our website for you to Stream, add To Custom Disc or buy on a ready-made compilation disc.
Sing To The World also supply Sunfly and Zoom tracks for you to add onto your very own custom disc, however these tracks are not available for Streaming.
What Key Are The Tracks In?
We always re-record the original track. This means that what you hear on the original version, is what you will hear on our tracks, only without the lead vocal, so our key is exactly the same as the original artist key.
Is It The Original Track?
No. We have to re-record the track and pay royalties to the original writers. We have hand-picked our musicians so we know that we can re-create a sound.
The original sound to sing to the world tracks happens because we use live instruments on our tracks, unlike some companies who re-create the sound of an instrument using computer software.

How Can I Pay?

How Much Is The Delivery Charge?
Delivery charges are dependent on what you are ordering. Typically the delivery for a single Custom Disc order is £1.75.

How Long Will I Have To Wait?
Depending on what you have ordered from us, you can only expect to wait up to 3 days for your item to be delivered. This will obviously depend on whether we have your item in stock. If we notice that your order may be delayed we will telephone you to let you know how long it will be.
Any large or expensive items are shipped using a courier which will may require someone to sign for the delivery.
